Gene Krzywinski – CEO
Mr. Krzywinski has over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry. He has also served on the advisory boards of several companies, including a video compression software company providing state of the art H.264 video compression algorithms, and a consumer electronics company supplying portable video players. Previously he gained experience successfully restructuring and turning around a struggling companies such as (Impala Linear Corporation) where he architected its sale to Fairchild Semiconductor. His successful startup experience includes companies such as OnChip Systems, Inc. (San Jose); SilBridge, Inc. (San Jose), acquired by MicroSemi Corporation; and, Advanced Analogic Technologies, Inc.(Santa Clara). He has directed product strategy and development, and has successfully established domestic and international sales channels. Mr. Krzywinski began his career at Hewlett Packard company. He followed his product through manufacturing and marketing. He has managed both R&D teams as well as Marketing and Customer Support. He holds a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
Michael Lamb, Esq. – President & COO
Mr. Lamb has a strong background in over 15 years in digital media and its surrounding technology. He was one of the founders of Digital 5, who got their start building digital audio devices. He was also VP of Sales and Alliances for audiohighway.com, a company focused on bringing digital audio to devices over the internet. He has also worked in the international DSL provisioning market and the storage software market building channels and managing customers and product delivery. He also serviced the digital media industry helping them build out media storage networks. Mr. Lamb holds a bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law.
Carmi Weinzweig – Director, Business Development
Mr. Weinzweig has over 20 years of experience in the video and television industry. Mr. Weinzweig served on the Advisory Committee to the FCC and was involved with the development and implementation of the Advanced Television Systems (ACATS). Mr. Weinzweig has spent significant time working to establish and promote standardization for the video and television industries both here in the US as well as internationally. He chaired the Joint task group on Interactive Television and Multimedia. In addition Mr. Weinzweig has been involved with defining standards for the practices and engineering guidelines for television and motion pictures, through his involvement with SMPTE. He has also worked on the MPEG committee and the ACM SIGGraph organization to develop better ways for computers to interact and drive video technology.
