The Rosetta Media Suite is the industry’s first enabling technology to address the needs of both the content provider and the consumer. Using Rosetta Media Manager, consumers can have a seamless, TV-like experience when acquiring and viewing video content from websites. Regardless of the playback device, from PDA to smartphone to PC or living room systems, content is easily accessed, acquired and viewed with just a few clicks.
Rosetta Media Server
The Rosetta Media Server is the core of the Rosetta Media Suite. It provides a central point for the collection and transmission of data between the content distributor and the consumer’s registered network devices. It also provides key management functions such as user registration, device registration, user domain creation and removal and database management. The data collected and maintained by Ardtully is identified only by the user’s unique RMSID. All other aspects of the consumer (credit card, location, personal information) remain completely anonymous to Ardtully.
Content Delivery Services
These are services that reside on the content distribution server and communicate with the Rosetta Media Server for content delivery and management. Services include:

- User Subscriber Management
- Content Delivery Brokerage
- User Device Profile Management
- License management
- Software updates

Rosetta Media Client
This distribution manager is a client side application which allows users to organize and manage their media. The built-in download manager provides an easy to use application that shows consumers where on their PC their downloaded content has been stored. The RMC also provides a registration application for users to register and construct their personal digital networks. Content can then be transferred to other devices, such as portable players, network storage and network attached media centers, with the RMC providing license management, playlist creation and media organization.
Two views are available with the RMC: A simple, easy to use interface with just the essentials for file management and transfer; and, a feature-rich, advanced view that provides a wealth of information on both the content and the devices within the PDN.
The RMC also has a ChildSafe feature that, when enabled, prevents unauthorized viewing of both file names and content of objectionable or private material.
