Rosetta Media Manager (RMM) is the client side application which allows users to organize and manage media distributed over the physical store and network drives of the user using the media library and play lists functions. Download manager built in to RMM downloads and manages licensed \ non – licensed media from the content provider via RMS. RMM allows users to register portable devices capable of rendering media and helps them transfer and manage media and licenses (wherever applicable) on them.

RMM has two views, basic and advanced to cater to the needs of both newbie and the geek.
RMM abstracts the technical and implementation details of media management and distribution from the user. When a new compatible device is detected RMM extracts the device information and registers this with RMS. When user wants to download media which would work on this device, he has to specify this as a step in the download process. Rosetta Media Suit will work with the content provider services to get a media type which is supported and optimized for the device.
RMM complies to, and understands the emerging DRM standards and spares the user from the intricate task of managing and acquiring licenses. RMM along with RMS manages users licenses and sees that at any point the intellectual rights associated with the media are tampered with or violated.
